These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PulseLoop. By downloading or using PulseLoop, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with applicable laws and App Store platform rules when using PulseLoop.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PulseLoop for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as allowed by law
  • use PulseLoop in a way that harms service integrity or other users
  • circumvent technical or legal protections
  • use PulseLoop for unlawful activity

4. App Functionality

PulseLoop provides timer and routine functionality. We may improve, modify, or remove features at any time to maintain product quality and security.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

PulseLoop is a productivity and routine tool. It does not provide medical, therapeutic, or emergency guidance. Always use your own judgment for fitness or breathing sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

PulseLoop, including its design, branding, and software components, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

7. Third-Party Services

PulseLoop may rely on third-party infrastructure (for example diagnostics or hosting). Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.

PulseLoop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of PulseLoop.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using PulseLoop at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
